I have been in the real estate business for 12 years and am the managing broker for EXIT Select Realty, Medina, TN. I have been very active with my local association, Central West TN Association of REALTORS, as well as the state association, TN Association of REALTORS. I have served and continue to serve on various committees as well as have served on the local board of directors for 10 years, including serving as local association President for 3 years. I served as the state Vice President for West TN in 2006-2007. I currently am serving as the Division Vice President for West TN for the International Counsel for TN Association of Realtors. I have been chosen by my peers as Realtor of the Year and am also a lifetime member of the multi-million dollar club. Personal
I was born and raised in Gadsden, TN and graduated high school there. I attended Jackson State Community College and have an Associates degree in Business Administration. I have lived in Panama City, FL and in England. I currently reside in Jackson, TN and am widowed with 5 sons, 2 of which are in college, 3 daughter-in-laws and 5 grandchildren. I have lived and worked around this area all my life with the exception of 3 years that I lived in FL and England.

Attention First Time Home Buyers – your time is running out for the $8,000 tax credit. You must be closed on your new home no later than November 30, 2009 in order to qualify for the tax credit that is currently in place. It is currently in the governments hands to decide whether to extend this credit or not but as of today that has not been determined, so don’t wait depending on the government.
